All carers are DBS-checked and asked to provide professional references, which we follow up on. We also verify relevant certifications to ensure you're matched with trusted, qualified professionals.
Absolutely. Grace helps arrange calls or in person meetings so you can meet your matched carers and decide who feels right for you and your family.
Getting matched with Grace is free. You only pay a small one-time fee (15% of the carer's first-year cost) once you hire a carer.
The employment relationship is directly between you and your chosen carer. Match with Grace helps bring you together — offering support along the way with things like contracts and invoicing, to help start your journey smoothly.
Once you've chosen your carer(s), Grace helps you stay organised — with simple tools for visits, payments, and communication.
